Unable to add a new sample - 'Sample name' field doesn't accept characters
I'm attempting to add a new sample to my account but in the dialog to add the sample and enter metadata, the 'Sample name' field doesn't accept characters. When I type, the sample inside the upload box flashes, but no characters are entered in the Sample name box when I type. I've tried this on two different computers and have tried with both the Microsoft Edge and Chrome browsers with no success. I've been able to upload samples in the past without problems.
