please am trying to upload a photo , but always getting fileformation is wrong or failed processing your file ,

  Usually, that error message can be related to a big file size of the original image. You could resize it/compress it by using an online tool, or another easy fix is to take a screenshot of the picture and upload that file. Let me know if any of those tricks work for you!
