Rating from Client

A client hired me to do a voice over directly. The 1st request had little direction but did include a recording of a reading to be used for length and speed. I did the first read and recieved a request for revision, this request asked to change a few things- "Can you please read the whole piece once again, but try to speed it up and add some energy (positive vibe). Right now it's way neutral, and has some room to improve. Starting from 01:10 you perform much better, but the starting lines are off. Overall it's a great direction and just a small fix will help. Thanks.

Also we've missed one short line:

"The good news is: we fixed it"

it lives between phrases "You’ve got your work cut out for you." and "You just click refresh…"
so the correct paragraph would be:

Again and again...
You’ve got your work cut out for you
**The good news is: we fixed it**
You just click refresh…

So I added the line, re-read the script and did not charge a revision fee even though he changed a line and wanted some changes. Recieved another revision request. Keep in mind the original request had no direction on how it should sound-"

we are 90% there, and need to fix some quotes and phrases in terms of flow and accents. So here is the list:

0:11 — “Again and again”, try to add a sad pause between agains
0:26 — Hold on, I gotta edit this one. “Hold on” has an emotion of finding something. “I gotta edit this one” is about commenting outloud while editing text
0:35 — Click one scrapes the most effective... should be a one line sentence without a pause between click and what it does.
0:30 — Same for Click two as previous
0:45 — ...or add some of your thoughts... should be a one liner too
01:05 — ...to create original human like content... too much pauses between the words, should be more solid in pronounce
01:16 — Just enter any article URL and—boom—it’s in the editor — changed one word
1:20 — Keep clicking {a small pause here, we need to accent that} and soon enough you’ll click your way to the first page of search results — Try to read it in one sentence without posing before “and soon enough”
I've uploaded the final piece that we're trying to match, this can help you to understand better what those comments are all about. We don't need any sync, just try to hit the marks on accents reading again those sentences that need some tweaks.

I re-read,changed lines watched the video they made with my original VO and sent in no fee, and was accepted. I received a rating of 4 stars for this work. I would ask this to be removed from my overall stats - this client has no real idea of how this should work and for the time and effort a 4 star review with little to no direction and changing lines is not how this works. I have never recieved below 5 stars and care about my clients.
