Help! Hiss be gone!!
HI I have a Xenyx 1202 manual (not usb) mixer, a Sterling ST159 and recording on Audacity through an iMac - and I even I can detect the hiss!! It is not that loud, but if I can hear it the QC's are going to.
Does anyone have any suggestions for settings that may help reduce the hiss - there is no other background noise - and maybe I'm just setting the volumes wrong!

First, in order to better understand the situation, could you please attach an audio so I can give it a listen and determine how problematic the hiss sound is at the moment?
