    Hello Devin and Trei,

Sorry for the delay, and thanks for voicing your concerns!

There haven't been any recent changes to the system or algorithm, usually, a lack of invitations might be related to a change in either stats (something that affected the stats, like a project that was rejected/expired or had very long delays) or changes in rates (for example if the rates were increased recently while the stats remain the same).

Also, it is important to keep in mind that during holiday time, there tends to be a much lower number of projects posted by clients, so it is normal to have a slow-down during December, and the first half of January.

I was also checking our support email for any messages from Devin that were not addressed but I can't find anything. Could you both send us an email to the support address (support@bunnystudio.com) from your email registered with us, so we can review your accounts and see if there might be something that is affecting your profile?

We will be looking forward to your messages!

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

I have not been receiving any notifications for a month now.  I was wondering if there was an issue as well.  I have been getting them almost weekly.  What has happened?

Hey there... I've been a pro for a couple months now and also have not received any speedy or project notifications.  Would love to do some work!

    Same here!

I don't know what's happened but I've stopped getting emails from bunny studio. And a few times, I've had bookings which I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT! Not until I logged in to have a look at my profile. What is going on?

Frankly, I'm getting concerned, though I don't know if I'm more concerned that I'm not getting projects or that Bunny Studio may be dying. Not sure which is happening, but over the past several years, this has been the busy season. This time last year, I raised my rates just to keep the number of projects down to a manageable level. This year? Nada. I've had one job--a patch for a previous job--in the last month. What the hell is happening? Am I the only one? Or is it, as I fear, something more systemic?

Total no idea what’s going on but last time I got the audition email is May 2023 and now it’s already Oct 2023… my trust for this platform is going down and down and down…

Wow, Okay, I'm not alone. It's now November and I've seen only four items since Oct 30th.

Hi, I have been told by Support that I'm not getting notifications to projects because my email provider is looking at these emails as spam and won't send them to me...not even as junk mail. They said it's the email provider that's having issue with them. However, I don't know how to contact my hotmail/Microsoft email people. Anyone else get told this? Any solution found?

Never heard that one. But not surprised. I never looked close at a BS 'header'code' that may identify something. That's one thing Microsoft may check. Otherwise, sometimes it could be something in your own web provider platform, where your email account resides, that may have a conflicting setting you or they can change. Good luck.

Hi Guys, I'm connecting to your discussion which I've seen has been going on for years. I would like a discussion on this topic. I worked very well the first year with Bunny, becoming fond of the platform which seemed meritocratic to me. If you work well you have a good profile, the algorithm ranks you well and you move on. With this in mind, I worked trying, especially with speedys because there are few bookings at least for Italy, to take the speedys and always deliver them on time and with excellent quality. I was also part of the QC for a year, which made me proud as I was truly "in love" with this correct way of working. Then and currently I am first in searches in Italy in all categories with a notable gap. Until summer 2024, when they changed, you remember, something about the platform. Since then it has also been an odyssey of messages with support. Believe me, not only can I no longer take speedy, but the situation has worsened despite the advice of assistance. Not their fault, but I don't know why! But did the same thing happen to you too? I have perfect statistics, I continue to be first, my rates are at the minimum, ridiculous I might add, and yet I just can't get anything anymore. Sometimes the page freezes like I got it and then boom nothing, all blank. I need a comparison, because the support tells me that it's my problem but I don't have any problems with other platforms, even just browsing or surfing the internet. Just think that I also put the super-fast internet at 300 instead before (when I took the speedy ones) it was at 30! but the situation has even worsened. Is there anyone who can tell me what's happening? My feeling is that once you grow up, they change something to benefit those just joining. Paradoxical given that those who work harder and better should get ahead!

    Sandra,
I will say things have changed over the years with Bunny Studio. Good and Sad. Good, in that, I have acquired many steady clients. The bad, yes, there has been a significant change in their "algorithms", they may not talk about, which have adjusted the platforms productivity for voice over pros. I have not received one "contest" and rare to even see a "speedy"...in months if not going on a year. So, I've really given up on that portion of the platform. I also believe the customer service has diminished, as well. Maybe they have fewer people? I don't know. I have been impressed with one live session they coordinated with me not too long ago. Very professional and a very good client. So, not sure if I've helped you or not. In the VO world, it's a moving target. Going w/ the flow is the only way we move forward. Awaiting all kinds of unique platform styles.

    best,
    Craig
