Can't submit a direct order
I wrote up a direct order about 14 hours ago. It won't submit. When I click the submit button, the page loads to another empty editing screen. I've tried emailing for support, but I've been waiting for hours for a response, so I tried a different email address and haven't heard back from that one either. This is a tight deadline, so I can't get this done without prompt support. Please will somebody help?
