    I second this. I'm having the same trouble - I don't have this problem with any other VO platform I work with. Can you imagine a bank being this unreliable!?

    I've contacted support and the only solution is for them to process the payment manually which takes 'a few business days'; the last time I opted for this, the payment took over a week!

    Yes, please get this fixed as soon as possible!

    We apologize for the issues you've encountered with payment. We experienced bugs with Paypal a couple of times in the last month, but it's not something that should constantly be occurring. 

    The integrations with payment methods don't rely solely on us, so changes in their APIs can affect integrations and cause bugs. We always do our best to identify the root of the problem as quickly as possible, as we understand how these issues can negatively impact our users.

    Regarding manually processed payments, they can often take a bit longer because when we identify a problem with a payment method, we must start individually processing each request - and that can take a while. 

    Once again, we understand your discontent and apologize for the inconvenience.
