Profile disabled

My profile page was disabled, apparently, for non-response to a quality issue. I emailed support and they inform me to upload a sample. I did and received no response for 3 days. Then I get an email from the same manager, "waiting for my response" so I respond AGAIN. No answer until I go on vacation and get the notice that my account has been disabled for a lack of response. It is so nice to get that information while on vacation, I must say. The more frustrating part is I have had more projects that were submitted after the initial flag that were bot accepted by quality AND the client. Then when uploading that same file as a sample (as requested by bunny) it was also rejected by a manager. Everything is so varied I can't tell if there is an issue or not! One moment my audio is fine, the next moment it is flawed.... same file. May we get some consistency here? And can I get my profile reactivated, please?? My stats are actually very good as a SILVER PRO. I feel like mud right now.
