Completed projects not disappearing from "Your Projects" page.

I have a couple of projects in my "Your Projects" view that were opened about a month ago, accepted and completed by another pro (not me), and are still sitting on my page as available to join. I have no way of getting rid of them and they are creating clutter and confusion because it looks like I have projects available to audition for. Could you help me get rid of these please?

It's a common issue for sure- I have 3 or 4 on mine as well. It's been going on for probably 3 years. I just don't understand how they keep saying they have engineers working on it... but it still happens all the time. I just leave them and until it gets annoying then I have them remove them. I don't get enough work nor able to take jobs after the bell rings for projects so I rely on being direct hired. It's too hard to keep emailing/contacting and fighting for speedys or projects, when it seems the same people get them most of the time.

We apologize for the inconvenience of having to reach out to us every time a project gets stuck on your dashboard.
It does seem to be a recurring problem our engineers struggle with, but we hope they'll stop occurring with the tweaks they're working on for the dashboard.
Could you please forward me the issue with not being able to accept Speedies through support@bunnystudio.com? It'd be great if you could add a couple of screenshots of the people that always seem to get them so we can compare profiles and see what might be going on.
