Multiple submissions rejected because of client errors
Hi there,
I reached out to the support email about this 2-3 days ago and still havent receiveda response, but a few speedies I completed this week have been rejected and/or cancelled based on client error, and it's affecting my stats and my ability to continue working on the site.
Below are the 2 project IDs that have rejected me, I'll explain why for each one, you can take a look yourself to evaluate this on your end.
Speedy Project 1: 117198E2CEA4A9E6E455
This one was rejected with no comments, and upon further inspection it looks like it was an error on the clients end based on the script given. This should not affect my stats at all, but it has.
Speedy Project 2: 48D86B6AF7154D318087
Comments for this rejection: "Campaign created under an old PO - need to recreate campaign with new PO"
Again, this should not affect my stats as it's an error on the clients end.
Hopefully this can be cleared up, as the lack of responses from support has been affecting my performance on the site.
Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I've just responded to the comment you made on a different post about this issue, but in case you haven't seen it, I wanted to explain the situation.
Firstly, I'd like to apologize for our lack of response. We've been facing some problems that have delayed our response time, but we're working to get it back on track.
I'd also like to apologize for the inconveniences this lack of response and solution to your problem may have caused you in the meantime.
Thank you for detailing the issue with each project. I have removed them from your stats, so they should recalculate soon.
I will also be going over all of your unanswered emails and will get back to you by tomorrow at the latest.
I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best,
Marina.
Hi Marina,
No problem at all, thanks for letting me know! Thanks for addressing the issues I had as well.
Nick
Hi again Marina,
Since you're here, another project was rejected by a client for issues that aren't from my end:
https://bunnystudio.com/voice/projects/#/timeline/512BBB93CFA8DB21EB2F?version=default
In the future, is it possible that some sort of implementation can be added to have rejected projects manually looked over by QC staff to determine if it should affect Pro stats?
Thanks,
Nick
Hi Nick,
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
I'm sorry I missed your last comment, but I went over the project you sent and it was already ignored from your stats - I believe it was done through one of our conversations in the support email.
Your suggestion is great and I will forward it to the product team so they can investigate how to implement that!
If there's anything else I can do for you, let me know 😊
Kind regards,
Marina Russo.
