Multiple submissions rejected because of client errors

    I've just responded to the comment you made on a different post about this issue, but in case you haven't seen it, I wanted to explain the situation.

    Firstly, I'd like to apologize for our lack of response. We've been facing some problems that have delayed our response time, but we're working to get it back on track.

    I'd also like to apologize for the inconveniences this lack of response and solution to your problem may have caused you in the meantime.

    Thank you for detailing the issue with each project. I have removed them from your stats, so they should recalculate soon.

    I will also be going over all of your unanswered emails and will get back to you by tomorrow at the latest.

    Hi again Marina,

     

    Since you're here, another project was rejected by a client for issues that aren't from my end:

    In the future, is it possible that some sort of implementation can be added to have rejected projects manually looked over by QC staff to determine if it should affect Pro stats?

    I'm sorry I missed your last comment, but I went over the project you sent and it was already ignored from your stats - I believe it was done through one of our conversations in the support email.

    Your suggestion is great and I will forward it to the product team so they can investigate how to implement that!
