No response from any staff or support.
For the past week or so, it seems me as well as the other pros on this forum have not been hearing from support. I just wanted to post this here in case anyone else is having issues as well, it seems I'm not the only one.
Community forums, support emails, helpdesk emails, nothing seems to be reaching support currently.

Same here, and they have always been there, and so supportive, so this is unnerving to say the least.. I’ve sent two emails already, both got the automatic response back but then nothing. I thought I saw that they were moving the email system to something new, so I’m hoping it’s just a temporary problem and that they’re working on it.

Yes, same here, there are no replying emails from the support center, they ask for quick answers in order not to lower our statistics but it is at least a week that I have no answers on issues important for my profile, and it is at least two months that I have not gig with them, i stopped receiving contest and bookings and I'm not in vacation. :(
