New revision process process gives all advantages to the client
The new revision policy seems to shortchange the talent - for example, the client wants me to voice a character, I create and provide a character voice for the job, which they liked but wanted me to change the style/delivery on a sentence in the deliverable. Now, I don't get compensated for the revision, because it "requests a tone change or pacing adjustment," where in the real VO world, I would get compensated for that because it was not an error on my part. In the real world, I only provide one free revision for a style change if the original fee covers it (which it doesn't with the Voice Bunny system) and always a free revision for mispronunciations or for errors in reading the script, not because the client wants a style change.

Hi Barbara!
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us.
We genuinely appreciate your input and your perspective.
Just to clarify how things are structured on our end:
Project maintenance covers corrections or adjustments that stay within the scope of the original instructions. These are expected to maintain your hold in the project - however, if there are any additions to the information or changes to the tone and style, our team will be most happy to review your case. Some cases do fall within a grey area, and our CX agents will gladly take a look if you request assistance from them!
New instructions, on the other hand, involve changes that go beyond the original brief, such as new directions, added lines, or stylistic shifts not previously requested. These fall outside the maintenance scope and mean you are entitled to compensation for recording these!
That said, we understand this model might not cater to all talent's expectations, and your feedback is truly valuable.
We understand how these distinctions can impact your experience, and we’ll be bringing your comments forward for further discussion with our team as we continue exploring improvements.
Thanks again for taking the time to help us enhance the platform!
Best, and count on us,
Gabriela Schneider
