Help with my stats
I need help with my stats because I have too many rejections and not submitted on time stuff that was solved right there in the chat I had with the representatives and I see all the failure still there. I'm feeling very frustrated with the website because I just booked a great gig and the client was happy and gave me 5 stars but still I'm struggling with quality control because of issues with time of submission and revision rejected. Could anyone please share if you guys have the same problems? What can we do to make this better for all of us because I get no work with those awful stars I DON'T DESERVE? I have things from 7 years ago...please help.

We're sorry for any inconveniences these revisions and rejections may have caused you.
Whenever you receive a revision request or a rejection due to issues out of your scope, you can send us the project ID for revision and if we confirm that to be the case, we'll ignore said project from your stats.
I'd also like to clarify that your stats only take into account the projects you completed in the last year.
Please forward this issue to us at support@bunnystudio.com with the IDs for the projects you believe should be ignored from your stats.
We will review them and get back to you as soon as possible.
