    Yes, same here, they stopped replying emails from the support center. There are also problems at the time of withdrawing the funds of my work, this it is not longer through paypal. A filled a form they provide us in order to get the money and it doesn’t work either :( so I understand your concern.

    They should let us know if there is a problem. also I am having very poor activity since the last few weeks, I hardly get speddies or contests. :(

    Yes, same here, there are no replying emails from the support center, they ask for quick answers in order not to lower our statistics but it is at least a week that I have no answers on issues important for my profile, and it is at least two months that I have not gig with them, i stopped receiving contest and bookings and I'm not in vacation. :(

    Yes it is very frustrating. Because at least they could just send a general message , a little explanation about what is going on so we could understand the situation. But the fact of them not answering is not right.

    Thank you for sharing your input.

    We apologize for our lack of response. Unfortunately, we've been facing many unexpected issues in the past month that significantly delayed our response time. We even made a post about it in the Community; click here if you'd like to read it.

    It's taking us longer than expected to get our response time back on track, but we continue to work hard on it and look for means of speeding up the process.

    Regarding the issue with the Paypal integration, we've implemented a note at the top of the Payments page to briefly explain what is happening. In it, you can also access the form you mentioned, which is working as intended.

    When you send your request through the form, it goes directly into our queue for manual processing. However, we receive a lot of requests every day, so sometimes, it might take a few days to process your payment. But if you've input all your information correctly in the form, it will always be processed, and we'll always notify you once it's done.

    I just checked our queue, and your request from 24/03 was processed on 29/03 if I'm not mistaken.

    In regards to the general issue with the Paypal integration, our engineering team immediately identified that the problem was on Paypal's side and requested a fix. However, though we continue to push them for updates, they have not been able to give us an ETA on the fix. So the best we can do at this time is to continue processing payments manually as quickly as possible. 

    I will personally look for any messages you have sent us that are still unanswered and will get back to you by the end of the day.
