Payment through PayPal manually

Yesterday VB try to send me money manually on paypal. PaypalRefund + BT-12756. Usually is a flash transaction. I see no money on. Somebody can help me or explain the problem about? Thank you.

  I'm sorry to hear the manual payment didn't work. If you received this "PaypalRefund + BT-12756" from Paypal, the transaction was probably refunded to us.
