PROBLEMS WITH PAYPAL MANUAL PAYMENT
Hello, on 04-06 VB tried to make my manual payment through paypal. Reimbursement + BT-12756 two work orders #503315 and #503316 are reflected. But I don't have the money credited to my account. Can you help me with this problem? Thanks.

I am having the same problem, only worse. I filled out the Bunny Studio online form for requesting a PayPal transfer, and my owed balance was deducted from my Bunny Studio balance, and has not showed up at PayPal.
This is really disturbing. I have been a Bunny Studio Pro for about 5 years now and a defender of the platform. I feel like I have many friends there. But this malfunction is such a problem. I have contacted both Bunny Studio and Paypal: Paypal says it's a problem with with Bunny Studio. Bunny Studio says it's a problem on the PayPal end.
And we are stuck in the middle. I would use Payoneer, but that platform requires my Social Security number and I refuse to release that.
Hope a Bunny Manager will respond with a suggestion soon.

It is just what happens to me, because the money does not appear in my paypal account and not in my Bunny account where only the movements with the payment orders appear. I agree with you about how disturbing the situation is, I have bills to pay and this has caused me so much stress and I fear that the same thing will happen with my next payments.

We apologize for all of the inconveniences this issue with the Paypal integration might've caused you and would like to offer some clarification.
The reason why Paypal can't find anything on their end when you reach out to them, is that when you do so as a user, they review your account and profile - and there's really nothing wrong there.
The issue we're having is with our platform's integration with Paypal's system. They've made some updates recently, which scrambled the integration and left us with the issue at hand. Unfortunately, despite our tireless communication attempts, they have not offered us a solution.
So, we have started to look into other payment integrations that could work for our Pros. In the meantime, we continue to process payments manually.
We understand and apologize for the confusion with your funds being removed from your wallet but not reaching your account, but that is just part of the process our team is going through to complete your request.
Since we have a long list of users affected by the Paypal bug, we're breaking down the process to ensure everyone can receive their pay as soon as possible.
The first step is the removal of funds from each Bunny wallet by engineering.
Next, the finance team deposits these funds into the respective Paypal accounts.
Since they haven't completed this step yet, you can see the funds have been removed from your wallet but they haven't yet arrived in your Paypal account.
However, the last step should be completed by the finance team by tomorrow at the latest.
You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your payment has been completed.

Yes, thank you so much for the timely reply. It's just rather unnerving to see a message that funds were transferred to Paypal, only to check PayPal and not see the funds there. But thanks to your response I'll give it some time to sort itself out.
Has Bunny Studio considered Venmo, or is that a viable option?

I am having the same problem. Going on two weeks since I first submitted the request and haven't heard a response yet. It shows the same what Joe and Evelyn experienced. If someone could at least get back to me to let me know that they see my request, please.

I'm sorry I missed your last comment and took so long to reply!
I completely understand your worry and frustration regarding the way we are manually processing the PayPal payments.
We've restructured our workflow this week so that there isn't such a big gap between Engineering removing the funds from your wallet and Finance making the transfer to your account anymore. This should help avoid further confusion with the transactions.
We have not looked into Venmo specifically, but we are studying new payment methods that would work with this new integration. I'll add Venmo to the list of possibilities :)
We hope to have an ETA on this new integration very soon!
