Have Not Received My PayPal Payment
I am aware that you guys have been experiencing some issues with PayPal. I submitted a form for my payment to be submitted manually over a week ago. My dashboard says that payment was made, however, I have not received these funds to my PayPal yet. I messaged the support team and was told "Thanks for your email. This is a question aimed at our Pro Management team. One of our experts will get back to you in the next 48 business hours." I haven't heard from anyone yet. It would be nice to receive my pay out, please.

We apologize for the late reply here, and the lack of reply to your email.
Unfortunately, our response time is still quite delayed. But we're doing our best to get it back on track and looking into ways of speeding up the process.
I just located your request on the manual payment queue, and there seems to have been an oversight on our part.
You could see the funds had been removed from your wallet because engineering had already worked on that first step, but it seems they forgot to forward the request to finance, which is responsible for the second step of making the transfer to your PayPal account.
I have already informed the finance team of the miscommunication and they have just processed your payment.
It should arrive in your account soon.
