There are so many issues going on with this platform it’s almost a waste of time anymore. Between, not being paid- PayPal not working - checks not being sent- speedies and contests are 2hrs and sometimes weeks late being emailed- I have revisions being needed by customers and links are not working to do the work. I strictly do work that I have been chosen for. The algorithm they use and the email distribution is not equal to everyone. I have noticed if you raise an issue about something you suddenly get a shift in opportunities. It used to work great, now it’s promise after promise “ the engineers are working on the issue”. VB needs to shut down and reboot and fix their issues. I’ll see myself out.
Hi Brad, yes you are absolutely right. All of a sudden I stopped getting any emails or notifications. I made 200$ in 1 day and that's it. AI flagged me for it? Cause I was fast? I don't know. No one seems to care for me. No one replies in support emails. I am really worried for my pay and concerned for taking this as a career. I am still to be paid 207$ but no one is helping me in this regards. Moreover there are still people who have 700+ reviews and 250+ projects done. I don't know.. I am very confused. How truly does this platform works? Have you been successful inn withdrawing money easily? Or at all? Please do share your thoughts/experience. Thanks mate.
I have had issues with Paypal many times. Just have to catch it on a day it works.... :( -- I'm having the strangest issues - no links work that are sent to me via email. I have grabbed a speedy and a project just as it was released and it says "Bunny Pro is working on this" on the email -no link to click the "if this project reopens would you like to be notified?" anymore. Also where are the "This week on Bunny Studio Voice" last email I got on that was February 9th? Two months have gone by and nothing. Like I said I will only work with direct hires from VB, the game they play with speedies, projects, and contests- doesn't work anymore. Be aware they have 90 days from the completion of a project to make changes. I have a project that needs a section reread after they changed the script. I don't have time to go back find the project fix the section and submit 2 and a half months later.
We sincerely apologize for the lack of response to your emails. Unfortunately, our response time is quite delayed due to some unforseen issues we've faced in the last month. We're doing our best to get our response time back on track and looking into ways of speeding up the process.
I will personally look for any unanswered emails you have sent us and will get back to you as soon as possible.
I will also review your profile to try and understand what happened to this payment you should've been credited for, and see if I can find any blockers regarding project invitations.

One of the changes we made was the migration to a new email provider, which is likely why some emails haven't been reaching you. Please check your spam/junk folder for any emails from automations@account.bunnystudio.com as they may have been flagged as spam by your email provider.
If you find any emails from us in the junk box, please drag them to your inbox to help the system understand you do not wish to flag them as spam anymore.
Regarding PayPal, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to fix the integration. The issue is on their side and they haven't been able to provide us with a fix yet.
We're currently researching other payment methods and alternative integrations that could work for both our platform and users. In the meantime, we continue to process all PayPal payments manually.
Regarding the completion time for projects, I'll be happy to forward your insatisfaction to the product team so they can evaluate if the timeframe can be adjusted.
