Haven't heard back in a while
BunnyStudio Support used to be amazing, they would get back to us within 1-2 days at most. Lately it's been slow and I have tickets that have been open for 21 days, 9 days, 5 days, etc. with no movement.
I submitted a request to withdraw using bank wire and haven't received payment yet. In the past it only took 3-5 business days and now it's nearing 8 with no word. I would just like to check if the withdrawal request was received and if it was processed.
Has anyone else had any issues with bank wire withdrawals?

Unfortunately, the past month has been of many unforseen issues that have significantly delayed our response time.
