Looking back I have sent several emails inquiring about this with no reply. Is there any other options?
Thank you

Hi Marina!
Thak you for responding. I am not sure what you mean samples. I have commercial demos that are professionally produced and the only other examples are actual tv commercials I have done. The only way to get those are from YouTube.
Sorry to be a pain. I have only worked through my agents for the past 15 years. The studios I have been to don't really send you samples of your work when you're done.
Thanks,
Gary

Hi Marina! I uploaded a sample yesterday and I received an email this morning my sample was rejected. There is no explanation why. I am trying very hard to make this work. But I can't correct without knowing what's wrong. Thanks for your help

Hi Gary,
I'm so sorry I missed your last two comments!
The samples you upload to your profile can simply be good-quality demonstrations of your abilities if you do not have any samples from previous work.
Could you please forward me the email you received regarding the rejection at support@bunnystudio.com?
I'll review it to see what happened and help you with uploading more samples.
Kind regards,
Marina Russo.
