No project invitations and no respknse from support
Hey there
I have contacted support around a week ago now, they used to respond in like a day or two before but whatever...
The issue is simple, i have stoped recieving project invitations for VO and I dont know why, i used to get 5 - 12 project invitations a day and now its 0 for some time, i can see that it hapens to others as well... ;(

I’m going through the same thing, and I just lowered my rates again to see if that helps.. I’ll let you know if it does!
Just fyi, I just received 2 bookings today, so pretty sure lowering my rates was the reason, in case you want to try that Dominik? Good luck, and I'll let you know if I continue to get project invitations, or not.

Hey there Marina!
Hmm thats weird, is it possible that the responses to the 2 last messages sent from that email adress didnt get to me? I checked my bunny studio support acc and all of my emails spam included and I cant seem to find the responses to them, but the first 2 were resolved no problem... Can you check again if there was any email sent to the last 2 messages from my email? Specifically the "invitations issue" one.

I'm sorry I missed this response!
I went over the messages from dogi257@email.cz in our inbox and the most recent one is from February 27th and was resolved/responded to on March 2nd by me.
Before that, the last message is from January 13th and was responded to the same day by Dunia Piña.
Could you please check if those messages have ended up in your junk folder or something of the sort?

Ohhh, so the messages didnt get through then... I sent you 2 messages in april, soo i guess that you didnt recieve them? I could send them again if that would help ;D

Thank you for getting back to me!
It does seem like those emails never reached us...
However, going over our list of sent invitations I can see you were sent 1 today, 2 yesterday, 2 on the 7th, 1 on the 6th, 1 on the 4th, 3 on the 3rd, and it keeps going back... so it seems the issue has subsided!
If you stop receiving invitations again, let us know and we'll look into it!
