    I reviewed the project but the instructions appeared as intended for me. See screenshot below:

    I believe it must have been a temporary bug, as everything is working as intended now.

    I'm going to guess that since you are on "that" side of the  platform, you are allowed to have full access to all info.
    We, on "this" side, the talent side, are not privy to the info on "that" side.

    BTW, like many things on the platform, it does not appear to be a temporary bug. It has happened before on other projects.
    And I'm pretty sure has happened to others.
