I'd Like To Start A Booking BUT... I AM STILL waiting on my MONEY from other BOOKINGS? What is really going on ?
I requested a pay out 7 or more days ago. I have not heard anything back. Now I have a booking, why would I keep doing bookings if I can't get paid for the work I have already completed without the issues that persist with Pay Pal. Using a wire transfer doesn't financially make good business sense for the dollar amounts in question. It's clear there is an ongoing problem for many months with Pay Pal why are we not already in another option for accepting payments. Please send me my money so I can start this booking or I will have to reject the booking until I am paid. This is not unreasonable on my end. I would like ALL of my funds please and thank you kindly.

I see this issue has already been addressed through support@bunnystudio.com and your funds have been transferred.
We have been experiencing a bug with the PayPal integration. We covered all our bases but couldn't find any problems on our side, so we reached out to PayPal's support, but they didn't offer much help.
We have started working on a new integration, but in the meantime, we are manually processing each payment.
Every time you wish to make a withdrawal through PayPal, you'll need to complete this form - you can also find it on the Payments page.
Once the new integration is up and running there should be no further problems using PayPal.
