  I contacted our QC about the reasons on why your samples were rejected, and they got back to us:
  
  

  All product descriptions have spelling mistakes;

  (i.e. Sounbar 3.1, then calls it Soundbar 3.1).

  The punctuation is not consistent throughout the piece and makes it odd for a product description.

  We hope that with this feedback, you can upload your samples accordly and with no trouble!
