Rejected due to bug and Main Language Bug
Hello. Here are the problems I am currently having.
1 - There was a project for which I submitted a recording. I have been asked to modify it. So I was ready to save the correction. PROBLEM: There was the bug (which other users are talking about on the forums) where I couldn't get to my projects page because I was always sent to the homepage. So I did not deliver the correction in time, and since then, Bunny Studio has impacted this on my statistics. I therefore have fewer proposals and therefore a fall in my turnover, which is not my responsibility. I am confused by this situation!
2 - Second problem. There is a bug with the languages that can be put in "my talents".
There are two sections "main language" and "secondary language". I speak French. But this language is also in demand, even without an accent, in French-speaking African countries or, for example, in Switzerland.
So I had put "French-France" in the main language. And "France-Africa" in secondary language, in case there are continental projects likely to interest me. But every time you put a secondary language, a few days later, in the "my talents" section, you always find the secondary language in the main language! However, I never asked for anything! In addition, the main language being blocked, we cannot change. I've been trying to get the word out to the Bunny Studios team for months to fix this bug... but apart from sending me automatic emails, to take steps to test the possibility to have new languages (which I don't want), I got nothing.
There. For these two problems, the first being more urgent than the second, I have still not had an answer. In the meantime, I have fewer orders, which jeopardizes my business model.
I know that the Bunny Studios teams are very busy these days and they seem to be facing a lot of delays. I'm just asking you to prioritize requests that seriously impact the financial health of your users. Thank you very much for your attention.

If you experience more situations in which you need our help to update your stats again, you may send us the projects and we'll revise it for you!
As for what you ahve reported to us with the languages, all the option you choose as skills or to list on your profile will count to bring jobs your way - it won't matter in which order they are, or if they are primary or secundary. You'll still get jobs in all accents and languages you chose! =)
