Is anyone else just getting flat out ignored by the customer support email??

    I’ve noticed a delay too, an email I sent about 2 - 3 weeks ago still hasn’t received a response.. I’m not sure what is going on, but something has definitely changed. It’s too bad, their support team was always available, and super helpful. I hope things change for the better!

    No only can''t I get a response from their support team, I'm also not receiving any notifications about jobs. This is beyond frustrating, and at least a return email notifying me that they're aware of the problem and are working on it would be helpful.

    We've made some internal changes in our team to offer better support, and we're currently getting back on track with tickets that were unresponded previously! 🙇🏼‍♀️
