Can anyone who can contact the Help Center please help me?
Hi... I'm Chuck, voice actor - # 2PKSTQL4
I need help from someone... anyone--even another Bunny Pro--to get through to the help center to let them know that I'm not receiving any communication from VB; no notifications for Speedies, Contests, or Bookings, no replies from any Bunny managers or the Help Center... nothing. It's like I've been ghosted. And from reading other comments, I'm not the only one.
Every submission to the Help Center generates 3 automated replies from Support saying that I'll be contacted to resolve the problem ASAP. Then... nothing. Over and over again.
This is beyond frustrating. Not only for me, but for everyone else who is having the same problem contacting anyone from VB. If you're able to contact Bunny Support and the Help Center, please pass along this message so I can get back to work.

Hi Chuck, I feel your pain! I’m not getting any invitations either, and I have an email into Support about a problem project, it’s going on 3 weeks with no answer.. I do know that I get an email after I manually fill out the PayPal form, and it’s from an actual person, so maybe try doing that? Good luck, something is most definitely off with them lately, I’m not sure what’s going on but I hope things improve. It’s discouraging, to say the least! 😔
I was finally able to speak with someone to look into my issue (Gabriela) but only after setting up a Zoom call with a member of their sales team, and having that person get in touch with Bunny Support let them know that I needed help. Gabriela said in her email that they've made some changes to their team to speed up response times, so hopefully they'll respond to you soon.
