Absolute confusion at a recent QC rejection despite many audios in the same setup being passed.
Reference Job: https://bunnystudio.com/voice/projects/#/timeline/8476750543B565693DB2?version=default
Incredibly confused for reason of rejection when listening to the audio on my final QC revision.
Understandably, the first two revisions were rejected. This is fine, it turns out I left my Desktop EQ for my standard computer microphone active which was butchering my audio post setup for my booth.
This last rejection however with the statement "A). There is an audible room echo (reverberation) impacting your recording. Please ensure you record in an acoustically treated space. If you already have acoustic treatment, it may not be adequate." Directing me to a guide on setting up a basic recording environment.
Please see the attached image below of my fully built noise isolating audio booth I've been recording every voice over for Studio Bunny for the past year.

(Terrible image quality due to the need to use flash rather then the booth lights to show padding.)
My entire booth (including the ceiling) is covered in studio grade acoustic foam including corner Bass Traps ontop of soundproofing panneling with a layer of rockwool in between, even the reflective surface of my script holder has a foam covering for reducing audio reflection. If anything it is the definition of overkill in comparison to curtain and box setups I see on this site (Not that those can't produce beautiful audio if set up correctly.)
This is the final audio file sent for the job: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12BCYJbLunSiqwePysVxfWZTb0Vh8hq2n/view?usp=sharing
There is no difference in the last audio file for the job that I can hear compared to the many 'teenage' voice overs I've provided for Studio Bunny in the past.
I have however noticed that I've had past revisions requested by Julian Cubillos (specifically on teenage jobs, never been an issue on young adult) beforehand that have complained about an echo that was again not present. However, since I had the chance to resubmit for these jobs, I would actually just lower my voice by an octave and resubmit with zero changes to the enviroment, eq or anything else within the recording.
This would lead to acceptance every time unless rarely another issue such as a plosive was present.
I am incredibly confused as to what constitutes room echo if the issue in fact seems to be a disagreement with the pitch of the voice used in the recordings. There is no difference in setup between that rejected clip and this one: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ISPqkGXjVUMRxHSrkXQyI3I0J4iQpvxV/view?usp=sharing (I have recorded three pitch variations in the same read, with the first being my natural voice, the second being a pitch shift upwards, and the next being the standard raise used across all my teenage voice over in instances that have an exclamation mark or additionally as this particular client describes as 'vivid')
Is this merely a case of pitch being the issue (for a teenage voice over, no less, where pitch and tone is expected to not sound adult) or is there genuinely something I am missing that can be solved in the future for these situations?
I usually wouldn't go out of my way to request in detail like this, but something irks me that this audio has been rejected when audio of a worse, or similar quality (Talking only about myself.) has been accepted for jobs of a much higher value than this single line voice over.
Any advice would be appreciated, as I'm at my wits end with this particular issue that only seems to ever be present for one of your QC managers. I am aware of headphones responding incorrectly/butchering audio in response to certain voice profiles but I've been led to believe you all use the exact same headphones for quality control standards at Studio Bunny.
As a final point I can't fathom how this audio quality is not to par for a £5 (my cut) job yet for a £400 (my cut) job I'm currently working on I've had audio of the exact same standard approved (even variants with additional post done such as De-Click, De-Plosive, De-Noise, Levelling and Normalisation have been accepted for many other jobs).
Hoping to be able to go back to every job being accepted without issue (Outside of the usual odd plosive that needs cleaning). And if other QC team members find the audio passable than for the rejection to be removed from my stats.
Thank you for your time.
Tom.

Also in case anybody providing voice overs is wondering about the metal filter / pencil / cloth filter combo... The pencil helps far more than it should for my voice profile in reducing plosives, I highly recommend it.
