No Response From Any Support Two Weeks After Submitting Transcription Project
Hello,
I was approached by a CX lead called Juan Pedro on 28th May about working on a transcription project via mail. I began working on this project on 6th June and delivered it on June 17th. We were in good communication with the customer experience coordinator called Germán Maestri till the point of delivering the project. Every communication was done via email.
They didn't acknowledge receipt of the work or answer my follow-up email a week later. It is now two weeks later after project completion and I have no idea when payment for the project was to be done or any other development of the project as everything has gone quiet. It does not feel right as the communication was really warm and professional while I was working on the project and after that it feels like I have been ghosted. It is my very first project with Bunny Studio and I have just gotten skeptical about Bunny Pros handling. Please help me in this regard.
