Problems: With account and payment registration for extensive work
Hello, I hope you are well, I have two concerns:
1. since April I have reported that I have no income to the Rates and preferences section in my account, so far I have not received an answer or solution.
2. I did an extensive job for which I was summoned via email everything went well, but I am told that the payment will not be reflected in the section of Completed Projects-Payments to Come, but this will be reflected directly in Payments and Balances at the end of the month, but as it was not the way in which these payments were recorded, question: now that is the handling for the registration of payments for extensive work and why?
