New feedback request
Hello, I'm a newbie learning to do VO and would love any feedback on a sample recording.
The recording is an e-book chapter of an early 20th C. science book, read for the public domain Librivox project.

Thanks in advance :-)

Hi Christina, thanks for sharing your work with us!
I found the following issues that can be improved.
1) Room echo. This is due to the lack of acoustic treatment in your recording space, we have some tips on the following link https://bit.ly/2MrNsSV
2) Breath noises: There are distracting breathing sounds in your recording. Please keep in mind that breaths should blend gently and naturally with the reading. You can achieve this by controlling your breathing carefully, softening your breaths during editing, or removing the breaths altogether.
3) There are volume variation along the recording, some parts sound with high volume and others are softer. Please make sure to maintain the same level during the entire podcast.
4) The deliverable is in a ver poor quality. If you need to use mp3, you could try encoding the mp3 at 320kbps which is the best possible quality instead of 64kbps.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Steven!
