    Hi there, Sinead and Aaron!

    First of all, thank you Aaron for helping out on the Community posts! =)

    Now, Sinead, we've recently received many emails, specially about the PayPal integration issues.
    We're getting back on track with answering all tickets, and we apologize if it takes a while longer than it should, but I assure you we're going to get back to you soon. 🙇🏼‍♀️

    As Aaron said, we know the platform is a bit tricky, so if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer to them.

    Have you tried emailing them through the contact portal at the bottom of the Bunny Studio Help Center

    I have ALWAYS gotten a reply when I have sent help requests there! 
    Good luck with your journey!
