Clients avoiding paying for multiple takes

    Thanks for letting us know about this situation.

    While we understand that our platform gives both Clients and Pros the freedom to work and to generate more demand of work, in these cases, Pros are more than welcome - and expected - to flag any projects that don't follow the right format.

    The correct specifications must be met in order to make sure that this does not give a price advantage, specially when Pros are not aware that they can flag a project. Our CX team will look into the project and, if necessary, will cancel it and ensure that it is launched correctly.

    We apologize for the situation, and ensure that we'll always help you out when situations like these occur - however, please remember that before submitting and entry or accepting a project, it is important to read all specifications before engaging. This helps pinpoint when a project must be flagged. =)
