Why are they speedies if Managers and clients don't respond in kind?
When we accept a speedie I thought the catch was... "get it done quickly, or lose the job". This isn't necessarily a good practice when it comes to quality work. Also, Why is it that some speedies we end up waiting on the managers... for DAYS, to review the work? Additionally, Why is it that the clients can leave it hanging for days as well? Shouldn't ALL be held to the speedie standars and NOT just the pro's? It seems a bit unbalanced and confusing.

We apologize for this occurence.
While the purpose of Speedies is to be able to offer both quick submissions to clients as well as more opportunities for Pros, we depend on the client's feedback/acceptance of what was submitted to finalize a project. Our Pros to be able to handle this flow, however, if a review time is impacting your account in any way, we're more than happy to look into it. If that is the case, please send an email to support@bunnystudio.com so we will have a more direct approach.
In regards for quality, this particular topic is always going to be reviewed thoroughly, and we always reach out to Pros when our Quality Control team identifies they are not meeting our guidelines.
We must keep in mind that, essentially, clients are the ones who supply the demand of work, and so, their requests for reviews are also going to be according to their demand and time. We're currently also looking into ways to improve the review time for projects.
Our platform is undergoing an improvement overall and we thank you for the feedback, which will be taken into consideration, as you have mentioned it may impact our Pro's performances as well.
