    I'm Gabriela, a Pro Manager at BunnyStudio, and I have taken a look into your case.

    I see that you have also reached us through email, and my colleague Jairo has replied to your email previously! He has uploaded the samples on your behalf and it seems to be working now - we apologize for the occurrence with the errors you encountered, however, since it has been solved, we cannot reproduce it any longer.

    Here are a couple of reasons as to why it may have happened:


    • It's fairly common for Talents to try and submit samples on their profile as soon as they sent their Application to us, when they want to become a Pro. However, for this functionality to be available and working properly, all talents must first be accepted as a Pro - all Pros receive an email congratulating them for this feat! - and it may then take a while for the system to automatically update your account to allow all functionalities to be accessed;

    • Our team was also making a few updates on our platform lately, while adding some new features and improvements, it may also have caused a bit of instability. This is also fixed and it should not cause any more issues on our platform. =)
