    Thank you for reaching out to us through here.
    Our Quality Control team will be able to assist you regarding your uploads/samples.

    However, due to our data policy, we do not keep the Application samples in our system once they are evaluated - this prevents us from keeping samples and/or information from Pros that are under the GDPR - General Data Protection and Regulation or any other personal privacy preferences.

    In this case, I profusely apologize for the email you have gotten that did not list any reasons for your Application not being accepted. This may have been caused by a temporary instability with our feedback automations system, and we will be looking into this matter to make sure all is working as intended.

    Regarding your feedback:

    You may make a new post, or, post a link to your samples on Google Drive, Soundcloud, or any other services that maintain the quality in which you'd like your samples to be evaluated by one of our QC Agents.

    I see that you have previously been directed here through a Support Ticket, so please, do let us know further on if you'd like some feedback! Don't hesitate to let us know by email, as well, if we can help you in any other way.
