Sunday Website Glithes
Hi all... sent this message to support (twice) and received no response. Would like the negative marks removed since this was clearly a website glitch issue. Thank you.
Hey Jairo… forgive me for writing you but you’re the only Bunny Associate who’s ever been responsive to my inquiries.It appears that Sunday is the day when the website glithes run amok. Earlier today I got an invite for the contest in the screenshot below. I clicked on the email immediately but once the annoying 15 second countdown timer finished it gave the often seen message here: “The project isn’t assignable… blah blah blah.”I went back to working on other projects and then got an email saying that I hadn’t submitted my audition on time and was asked to try again. (Which I did.) But...I’d appreciate you removing the negative mark since there was no audition to submit to initially. Your’e website can’t tell me “this project is not assignable” and then penalize me for not submitting to an audition YOU didn’t allow me to audition for in the first place.Thanks!Wayne
