Bad practice, hope this is not a trend
So take a look at the below pic. I've never seen this before. I understand why your have some kind of automated system in place for it, but I think you guys need to eliminate it. Why? Because this phone number was PART OF THE COPY!
If the previous copy (which this client decided to completely re-write as he often does) didn't have the phone number in it, what exactly would you expect me to do? You have Bunny set up so there is absolutely NO real-time communication between talent and client, or talent and Bunny.There's never a person to reach out during business hours, forget on a Saturday night when this one came in. So what would have happened?
I wouldn't have been able to record it. Or I could have recorded it exactly as written thereby ENSURING another revision. By the time someone in customer support would have seen it (cause I definitely would have emailed you guys about it), DAYS would have passed - and my stats would in the trash or the client would have "rejected" the revision cause it was taking too long.
I hope I never see something like this again. And I hope no other talent has to deal with it either.

Of course, our system automatically hides sensitive information in attempt to protect sensitive data - however we are aware that this prevents our Pros from recording their submission properly.
In this case, if you have tried reaching out through our chat but got no response, you may:
• Open a ticket with our team;
• Flag the project, as it lacks the information you need to continue your submission;
In any case, please know that you can reach out to us through support@bunnystudio.com and we will remove this submission from impacting your stats negatively - as the extra time it took for an agent to supply you with the needed information is not on you, at all.
However, I will bring this matter to our team!
