Inconsistent Quality Control Rejection
Hi Bunny folks.
Sorry to bother, but don´t know what else to do.
I've been trying to upload a sample, but the "system" keeps rejecting it because of "Your sample does not reflect the accent selected in the attributes"... which is a bit weird since the sample is indeed in Spanish, and, in the uploading interface, it only gives me the two obvious (and perhaps unique) options: Spanish/Colombia & Spanish Latin American Neutral.

Thank you guys, I'll await your kind feedback.
Great day to you all.

Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out to us here!
I took your audio sample to the rest of the team, where some of my colleagues are from Colombia and they said that the accent felt too forced and didn't sound natural.
We understand you are from Colombia but the accent you are delivering in your audio samples makes it sound unnatural.
I believe this is where the rejections are coming from.
They did suggest just reading in your natural accent and you shouldn't face any problems.
As for the system only giving you two options to pick, this is because during your application process you only supplied samples for Spanish Colombia & Spanish Latin American Neutral which were accepted. All new accents need to be reviewed before they are accepted on your profile.
To do this, and to upload samples for a new accent. First, you would need to click on your name found on the right-hand side of your profile. Then click on 'Your skills', on that page you will find the heading: What are your native languages and accents?
The main language you will not be able to change, but the secondary language you can. That is where you would change to the new accent you can perform, click save at the bottom. Then once it's saved you can return to "Your samples" page and upload samples for your new accent to be reviewed.
Hope this all helped. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Hope you have a great weekend! :)
Kind regards,
Samantha
Hello, Samantha.
First of all, I'm so sorry for the delay in my answer (got some unexpected personal issues that I had to resolve... but finally it's all taken care of).
Thank you very much for your kind reply and suggestions... I'll keep them in mind for my new/future samples.
Once again, I really appreciate you took the time to illustrate this matter to me (and, once again, please forgive me for taking so long in replying to your message).
I'll give it then another try (samples)... and I hope to make it shine this time.
Wish you a great day, Samantha.
