    How do you do?

    I have found your ticket that has been previously by our colleague Jairo. =)

    You will only be able to correctly submit samples to your account once you are accepted as a Pro in our platform.
    They have already been updated and are no longer showing on your page, since they were rejected.

    Accept our apologies for this as they were still showing the status of Pending Review, which has caused the confusion!


    On a side note: if you're finding difficulties understanding how to fix or improve your audio regarding the Quality Control feedback you have received, you can post your samples on this page: “Get Feedback!", this way our agents will be able to address any issues that were found in your samples more directly.

    • You will have to upload your samples to a file/audio sharing website (GoogleDrive, DropBox, Soundcloud) and paste the link on your post, so our agents will be able to listen to it!
    • If you process your audio or use any plugins, please post both versions for us: Raw and Processed. This way our team will have a better understanding of what may impact your audios. =)
