    Hi Manuel!

This is Julian Cubillos member of the Bunny Studio QC Team. I'm glad to have you here and be able to assist you in any doubt or question you have in order to achieve top-notch quality in your voiceovers.

Regarding the situation discussed in this thread, I've just heard the samples you've uploaded showing your work, and I found two main issues that are affecting your work:

    1. Accent: Besides being approved in previous projects, not every work passes through QC, so maybe that was why you've been auto-approved in the past. For these 2 works you sent through the community, I can say that I do concur with the rejection criteria made by the QC agent. Your English is not bad at all, but we think is more on the English-Latin American category field than the English-North America accent the client was reaching us for.

    2. Room Echo: A bit noticeable Room Echo also affects your recordings. Since this was not the principal reason for being rejected, it could be a potential issue for being so. Please, ensure you record in an acoustically treated space. If you already have acoustic treatment, it may not be adequate.

You'll find tips on acoustic treatment on our community page: https://bit.ly/2MrNsSV

I hope my recommendations would be helpful to improve the quality of your future work, please don't hesitate if you have further questions or topics you want to discuss in our community.

Remember that we're happy to help all our pros in order to improve and achieve the top-notch quality our clients are reaching for.

    Thanks,

    Julian Cubillos
