NO email notifications for bookings, speedies or contests! What's up with that?!!!!!!
Hey y'all!
Has anyone else been having this! I wonder if I've been blacklisted or something.
It's been so frustrating this past few months, I've had to keep my Bunny account open in fear of missing any bookings, or projects!
In the past I would normally get email notifications and yay I'd know to go for them. But a few months back I started noticing I wasn't getting any emails. What's up with that?!!
I also a few months back had been accepted for a third age category, since I have been asking in the support email how to do that. And what I noticed is that once I was accepted for the third age category things stopped!! So I tried to change my ages and it won't allow me to do it, it's locked saying that I can only select 2. Why is this so confusing!!! I would love to add more accents to my profile, but there is no where simple to add them.
As a tester I took one of my age categories off and it seemed to work, I seen projects in my dashboard! But still no emails!! Why have the system so you can add more, but then it blocks projects?! Seriously frustrating!!!!
Just now I tried un-ticking the email notifications and saving, then re-ticking them to see if that did anything. But no!!! The same. It's hard enough to get projects because the same people get them every time with their 200+ projects so this seems unfair, like maybe they don't want anyone else to get work? I hope this is not the case!!!!
