SAMPLES FROM 2 YEARS AGO THAT WERE APPROVED NOW ASKED TO BE REMOVED????
Call me crazy but why on earth or rather who on earth is anyone on staff being instructed to look at samples that have been previously approved by VB years ago to be used on my profile, and now asking me to take them down saying they don't meet the VB standard? Samples that Bunny Admins put on my profile based on the ratings, and wanted to showcase?
One request asked me to take the sample down siting
- Your sample does not reflect the accent selected in the attributes
What?? Please make it make sense? Since December of 2021, I have experienced many interesting shenanigans here in this space. VB used to be top tier, I continue to be patient, clearly something is going on in the background, but seriously, samples that were booked on Bunny and approved for sending to the client, and reviewed and uploaded, and now you want me to take them down? Please get this ship back on course. I want to be here, we need things to shift.

Hi Trei,
How do you do today? We hope well!
We apologize for the situation, and understand how it can be confusing.
Recently, our QC team is following some updated quality guidelines, and so, they are combing through profiles to check out some samples that were previously accepted, but no longer fit into their Public Samples guidelines.
Most samples our QC is targeting for reviews are either older samples, or samples that were automatically uploaded to your profile when a client set their project as "public", and your submission has been accepted, or, samples that have been up for a longer time and might no longer fit our standards.
Sometimes the submissions are specific, and have some additional work -processing, background music, etc - that are currently not fitting into the guidelines for samples displayed on profiles.
Hence why our team is carefully looking at previously submitted samples, and trying to making sure you have all best ones showing on your profile.
We are also being more strict towards skills that reflect languages and accents, but since we understand this can be confusing, we're always open to receive your message at support@bunnystudio.com so we can check your situation specifically!
You may mention that you have posted on the Community, so we can give more details on your case.
I sincerely apologize that it may have seen as we simply rejected without motive.
Let us know if you have further comments or questions, we're ready to help!
Best regards,
Gabriela Schneider
