At Bunny Studio, we aim to maintain high-quality standards across all projects. If your deliverables are consistently rejected - either by our Quality Control (QC) team or the client - this can negatively impact your Stats, visibility, and eligibility for future invitations.
📉 Impact on Your Stats and Invitations
Each time a deliverable is Rejected by QC, it affects your Stats.
A higher Rejection rate can result in:
-
Lower ranking in our system
-
Fewer to zero invitations to projects
-
Reduced visibility in searches and Bookings
đźš© What Happens if Rejections Become Frequent?
Recurrent rejections, especially those related to quality issues, performance mismatches, or unprofessional recordings, will raise a flag to our Pro Management team.
If these problems persist over a short period of time and start affecting the client experience, we may need to take additional action, such as:
- Invitations might automatically stop altogether due to poor Stats
-
Our team might have to manually pause invitations to your account until the issues are resolved
We always prioritize Pros who demonstrate reliability, communication and consistent quality and performance!
đź’¬ Who Can Reject a Deliverable?
There are two main parties who may reject your work:
1. Our Quality Control Team
QC ensures every deliverable meets both client expectations and Bunny Studio’s internal quality standards. Their role is to catch any issues before a project reaches the client.
Important: QC Rejections are the only types of Rejection that will impact your Stats.

2. Our Clients
Clients have the final say on whether a deliverable fits their needs. If the tone, quality, or interpretation doesn’t align with their brief, they can reject it.
🤝 We’re Here to Support You
If your account shows repeated rejections, our team will reach out to provide guidance and help you improve your performance. This could include:
-
Feedback from QC
-
Suggestions for improving technique or setup
-
Requests to re-record your Samples for review
However, if the issues continue, we may need to pause or stop invitations to your account. This can only be reversed if you’re able to demonstrate a clear improvement in quality—typically through updated Samples or successful project performance during a trial period.
🎯 Our Goal
Our system is designed to match each project with the best available Pro, as quickly and efficiently as possible.
That’s why we give priority to Pros with strong performance and low rejection rates. This helps maintain a smooth process for both talents and clients—and ensures that top-performing Pros have the best opportunity to shine.
If you’re unsure about a rejection or want help improving your Stats, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you succeed.
