Revisions are requests for changes to your submitted deliverable. These can come from either our Quality Control (QC) team or the client and are intended to ensure that the final output meets expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and tone.
Revisions are a normal part of the workflow and should be viewed as an opportunity to align more closely with the project requirements.
đź“… When Are Revisions Requested?
Revisions may be requested by the client when:
-
The deliverable does not match the brief or remarks closely enough
Revisions may be requested by the Quality Control (QC) team when:
-
The deliverable does not meet Bunny Studio’s quality standards (e.g., technical issues, misreads, poor performance)
-
The brief or remarks were not followed properly
-
There are audio issues such as noise, echo, distortion, or incorrect pacing
-
The file is missing elements, such as skipped lines or incorrect formatting
⏱️ How Are Revisions Tracked?
Revisions are tracked from the moment the client or QC requests them, up until you upload the updated file. This window is measured as part of your response time Stats, which play a key role in how often you receive project invitations.
Due to the global nature of our platform, working hours and time zones are not factored in by default. However, if a delay is due to time zone conflicts or sleep schedules, you can contact us to request a Stat adjustment.
🔧 Pro Tip: Use “Request Help” If You’re Unsure
If you're unclear about a revision request or feel it conflicts with the original brief, use the Request Help tool on the project page. Our team can clarify the feedback or intervene if needed.
Delivering accurate, high-quality work the first time can help reduce your revision rate and improve your Stats - but when revisions are necessary, timely communication and follow-through are key to maintaining a strong profile.
