As a client, the rate you pay for our voice over services includes unlimited revisions within the first 28 days you receive the work and up to 7 days after you approve the project.
Go to the project page and click on Request changes from the same Pro. If the pro is away and the revision is time-sensitive, please submit a request, and we will follow up.
Add the new remarks: provide as much information as you can about what needs to be changed, including anything you disliked about the original deliverable. Consider adding an audio file if you require leaving a message or a pronunciation sample for the Pro.
When requesting a revision, keep in mind our Pros will be able to see and work on the most recent request. Make sure to group all of the needed changes in one revision request at a time. Having two open revision requests will prompt the Customer Experience team to cancel the first request and inform the Pro about this procedure.
Also, keep in mind that the Pro will see exactly what you write on your revision. Please be respectful about their previous work, and give them feedback about what you expect in the new version.
Can I request a revision after approving my deliverable?
Yes, you can request revisions for an additional 7 days after the project is approved. Note that if 7 days have passed since the approval and you require changes, you will need to submit a new project to get the work done.
Do I have to pay for a revision?
Revisions are free when they involve changes in the Pro's performance (like speed, emotion, pronunciation, etc.) If you are requesting changes or additions to the original script, or additional parts to what was originally delivered, we strongly suggest adding a reward for the Pro, according to the percentage of changes this request represents. These rewards go directly to our Pros in recognition of their hard work.
How many revisions can I request?
You can request as many necessary revisions as you need to ensure the final voiceover is up to your full satisfaction. Do, however, keep track of the timeframe for these changes after the work is approved.
Can I request additional parts?
Since this is a new script outside of the original, you can request this as a paid revision. Keep in mind that the system at the moment doesn't generate new placeholders for files, so the pro will use any of the available spots to upload it. Note that the system doesn't delete any previous versions, and they'll be available for download once the project is approved.
What if I still don't like the deliverable after several revisions?
You can reject the results of the project, and use the refund sent back to your Bunny Balance to launch a new project. We can also issue a full refund that will be credited back to your original payment source; please contact our Customer Experience team for further assistance. These measures are put in place to support Bunny Studio's 100% satisfaction guarantee.
When will my revisions be ready?
Revisions take around 48 hours to be completed. The exact turnaround time depends on the availability of the Pro and the complexity of the revision.
