Want some changes to your deliverable? Requesting a revision only takes a minute. Here's how:
- Open your project and go to the Deliverables tab.
- Find the deliverable you'd like changed and click on Revision.
- In the revision request menu, choose the reason for your revision: Deliverable has quality issues, Bunny Pro didn't follow instructions, or Change script or specifications.
- Click on Next and describe the changes you need. If your script needs updating, paste the new version in the updated script box. You can also attach files, like an audio sample showing how a word should be pronounced.
- Click on Next to finish and submit your request.
Tips for a smooth revision
- Put all your changes in one request. You can only request one revision at a time per deliverable.
- Be clear and specific. Tell the Pro exactly what you'd like to change and what you expect in the new version. Keep in mind they'll see your feedback just as you write it, so please keep it respectful.
- Need help with pronunciation? Attach a short audio sample so the Pro can hear exactly how it should sound.
Do I have to pay for a revision?
Revisions are free when they're about the Pro's performance, such as speed, emotion, or pronunciation, based on your original brief. Changing the script or your original directions is different: choosing Change script or specifications will incur a fee, since the Pro needs to re-record the full script.
Can I request additional parts?
Additional parts are new work outside your original script, so they're not part of a free revision. You can add them from your project page by clicking on Add parts.
How long do I have to request a revision?
- Before approving: you can request unlimited revisions within the first 28 days after you receive your deliverable.
- After approving: you have 7 days to request a revision. After that, you'll need to submit a new project for any changes.
When will my revision be ready?
The exact time depends on the Pro's availability and how complex the changes are. If the Pro is away and your revision is time-sensitive, submit your request anyway and we'll follow up.
What if I still don't like the deliverable after several revisions?
You can reject the deliverable, and the funds will be credited back to your Bunny Studio balance so you can launch a new project. This is all part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
