Getting started and gaining traction on Bunny Studio takes a mix of consistency, patience, and smart optimization. If you're not receiving as many invitations as you'd like, here are some proven strategies to help boost your visibility and performance on the platform:
✨ Your Profile
Having a complete and appealing profile with a nice picture, a well-written bio, and high-quality samples can significantly increase your chances of receiving more Bookings!
Clients have shared that they prefer working with Pros whose profiles show personality and professionalism, as it helps them feel more connected and confident in their choice.
A clear, friendly, and authentic photo can set you apart from others and make a lasting first impression!

💰 Keep Your Rates Competitive
If your Stats are still improving, consider adjusting your Rates to make them more competitive. Many of our most successful Pros started with lower initial Rates to build a strong reputation, land their first few projects, and improve their Stats.
Remember:
- Rate progression is an important factor that will determine your competitiveness against other Pros.

Once a Bookings is created, the Reward is non-negotiable, as it is calculated straight from your Rates, so it's important to set them wisely from the start.
📈 Understanding Rate Progression
To increase your competitiveness, we highly recommend using a linear or descending Rate progression.
This means that your per-word Rate should stay consistent or decrease as the word count increases.Our System will calculate your Rate progression base and use this as a factor for how competitive you are, and this will impact your Invitation in case your Rates and progression are too high.

🎧 Keep Your Profile Updated With High-Quality Samples
Your Samples are your calling card - clients use them to decide whether you’re the right fit.
To maximize your visibility:
Upload at least 10 high-quality Samples per approved skill.
Each Sample should be uploaded only once, matched to the most relevant skill.
Tag your Samples accurately—clients often search using keywords like:
warm,conversational,corporate,narration,friendly,authoritative,e-learning,promo.

Also, regularly remove Samples that no longer represent your current voice or performance quality. Outdated Samples may mislead clients and lead to rejections if your delivery no longer matches.

Bunny Studio’s Talent Selection Algorithm rewards consistency, performance, and responsiveness. It may take time to build momentum - but that’s normal.
To improve your visibility:
Keep your Availability Status up to date.
Respond quickly to invitations - even if it's just to reject them.
Complete all accepted projects and revisions on time.
Avoid rejections - quality issues and repeated problems can lead to fewer or paused invitations.
