Let's cover the step-by-step process of adding your preferred payout method!
This process is done to ensure you can withdraw your funds seamlessly directly to your Bank, Wise or Revolut accounts!
Whether you're a U.S. resident or an international Pro, we'll guide you through completing the necessary tax documentation for smooth and hassle-free payments afterwards!
It's important to know a few things beforehand:
• Both Wise and Revolut are also considered "bank accounts", so the process is the same for all three payout options, all done via the same formularies.
• It is mandatory to have filled a Tax Form, informing your Tax ID/SSN/Tax Payer Number.
If you are unsure about which document to use in this case, we'll share more details on the step-by-step!
• The Tax Form is signed 100% digitally, all done via our platform.
• Our team runs a screening of all forms twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays), so your Tax Form may take up to 72 business hours to be reviewed before it is accepted.
• Make sure you are not a citizen of a Sanctioned and/or Restricted Country.
Where do I start?
Filling out your Bank, Wise and Revolut details is a straightforward process, and can be done via our platform.
You are also able to add more payout methods, or update the ones you already have!
Here is how you can register your Wise, Revolut or Bank Account:
1. Access your Payment Methods page, and click on the "Payout Method" section.
Or, if you have funds available, access your Balance and click on "Withdraw Payment".
2. Select "Wire transfer, Wise and Revolut".
3. Select the "Payout method" section.
There, you'll be prompted to fill in your Bank, Wise or Revolut details!
Here is an overview of how to input your bank information:
• You can fill as an Individual or as a Registered Business (i.e. autonomous/freelance vendor). |
Important: If you are a foreign talent who has a U.S. Wise, please contact our support and we'll help register your U.S. Wise, so you are able to receive payments in USD regardless of your Country of Residence!
Once you are all done informing your bank, the next step is filling out the Tax Form!
Why is a Tax Form needed?
To put is simply, Bunny Studio declares all payments done to all Pros to comply with U.S. tax regulations related to these transactions, both to U.S. and foreign talents!
So, not only will you have to inform your preferred payment account, but you'll also need to provide a Tax Form.
How do I submit a Tax Form?
You'll be able to find the button to Submit a Tax Form once you are done informing your bank details:
1. Tax Form Selection
Here, the system will identify which formulary you'll be signing.
For U.S. residents, it is the W-9. For all other countries, it is the W-8BEN.
This is fully automated and you won't need to worry about these names!

2. U.S. or No U.S. Certification
Once you click on Continue, or are taken to the next page via the Tax Form Wizard, please mark all the checkboxes or validations needed - this is basically a digital signature certifying that you are either a U.S. citizen or not.
3. Identification of Beneficial Owner
Let's tackle this part in sections to understand it better!

• Please insert your Full Legal Name • Select your country of citizenship • Inform your date of birth |

• Inform a valid residence address. |

• This address should be the same as your address stated at the General Information, when you registered your bank account! |

• There is no need to fill the optional field. • Do not mark the last checkbox. |
4. Summary of Form
Once you click on "Continue", you'll be taken to a summary of your form! Please revise, and if needed, update any information that may not be correct. If all's well, please proceed to the next section!
5. Certification
This is the last section, where, to proceed, it's needed to mark all the checkboxes below this header:
Read them all carefully, as they are a statement of truth regarding the information you've provided, and it is only to be used for Tax Purposes.
You will never be charged for anything tax-related, nor will your information be used for any other purposes than to ensure the safety of your payments with us.
After you've completed the Certification page, your Tax Form will be sent to our Finance team, which will review your Tax Form within 72 business hours!
The team will reach out with more assistance if additional information is needed.
What is the status of my Tax Form?
If your Form status is Reviewed, you may proceed to your withdrawal! ✅
But, if your form shows as Voided, please hover your mouse over the "?" mark to check which information is incorrect or missing. You will also receive an email from our Support, in case your Tax Form was Voided.
In this case, all you have to do is resubmit your Tax Form with the correct information, and it will be reviewed once again by the team.
