While we expect our Pros to honor the Rates they've set for themselves on the platform, there are certain situations where an Additional Reward might be considered.

When can I request an Additional Reward?
We encourage our Pros to set rates that accurately reflect their expertise and market considerations, and we understand that certain projects can become more demanding than initially anticipated.
In those cases, our CX team evaluates requests for Additional Rewards.
Here are the most common scenarios:
🎧 Client requesting Sync/Dubbing: If a client requests sync or dubbing services after the project has started, it adds an extra layer of complexity that may warrant an Additional Reward.
🔄 Revisions with added text: If a client requests a revision that includes additional text or content that wasn't part of the original script, this may require more time and effort than initially agreed upon.
📚 Long projects with multiple re-reads: Sometimes, a project can go on for longer than expected and requires multiple re-reads or adjustments. If you find yourself in this situation, an Additional Reward can be requested.
📄 Requests outside the original script: If a client’s request significantly deviates from the original instructions, we’ll evaluate it on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for the Pro.

What requests will the Bunny team NOT accept?
When setting your rates on Bunny Studio, it’s important to think ahead and factor in any special circumstances like price updates, market changes, or fees that are particular to your bank or your country.
Please keep in mind that our team will only cater additional rewards that have to do with the project itself. Any outside factors such as withdrawal or tax fees are the responsibility of the talent.
Remember, we respect the rates you set, and we’ll send you projects that align with the rewards you expect. But it’s just as important that our Pros remain committed to honoring their rates when accepting a project.
