All projects you've worked on will be used to calculate your Stats, so we highly recommend you be very mindful when accepting a project!
Try your best to avoid missing deadlines or taking on tasks outside your skill set, and be sure to read all the remarks carefully and confirm you can deliver on time and accurately!
Please note that receiving too many revision requests, letting projects expire, or getting your deliverables rejected will impact how early and how many invitations you'll receive.
Projects that were Expired or Canceled on the client's side are automatically taken off from your Stats, and will not impact your number negatively.
However, if you let a deliverable Expire, or if QC rejects your deliverable, it will then still be counted negatively for your Stats, even if the project passes to another Pro.

Fear not, our support will assist you and analyze each situation accordingly. Simply send us the Project URL or name to support@bunnystudio.com, and we'll take a look at it for you.
You can request a project removed from your Stats when they meet any of this criteria:

You've received an unfair rejection from QC (our team will analyze this thoroughly).
Our QC agents will revise your deliverable and the project's instructions, and reach a consensus.

You've encountered a bug in the platform and could not upload your deliverable, causing an expiration.
It is extremely helpful if you are able to record this on video. Don't forget to check if your file has the correct technical specifications: How can I upload samples?

You've received a request or invitation at odd hours, or outside your working hours, causing an Expiration or delay.

A project has caused too many revisions.
Our QC agents will analyze your deliverable and the project's instructions, and reach a consensus to determine if the revisions were unnecessary.
